SUMMARY
When krunner is showing no search results (e.g. from an empty query), hovering
over the "keep open" button with the mouse brings up a tooltip that obstructs
the button visually and functionally. This does not happen when there are
search results, because the tooltip can spill over into the space below, and
therefore does not block the button.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. have empty search in krunner
2. hover over "keep open" with mouse
OBSERVED RESULT
Button is covered by the tooltip, making any clicks after that point not
activate/deactivate the button.
EXPECTED RESULT
Tooltip should be in a better location that does not obstruct that button.
