ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Though I have the exact same issue in my project however I cannot reproduce it
with this project file of the reporter *Phuoc*. (Not with h264 nor with h265
which I use for my project.)
However I think the problem is the temporal overlap of at least two titles on
two tracks maybe related to a partial fade in/out on the overlapping portion of
the titles. Apparently there is more to the story otherwise I would be able to
reproduce it BUT the overlap is clealy the primary cause since removing the
overlap works around the problem.
