That might be a bug that was there all the time but only became an issue due to the slowness. Anyways, the relevant change which is currently in effect is I think a couple of lines just. I purposely tried to keep it very minimal to not break anything. However, I don't think reverting back to the old state is a good idea though because this really improves the completions with LSP.
