Screenshot of OBS and System Monitor directly after OBS freeze

SUMMARY
KDE Neon freshly installed and packages updated. NVidida drivers installed.
Setting folder path in selected programs causes program to freeze.
Way to unfreeze is kill program via system monitor. Manually typing path seems
to be the only way to set them.

Observed in:
OBS
QBittorrent

Not observed in:
VLC
Firefox

Similarities between OBS and Qbit:
Both load xdg-dbus-proxy when started, and kioslave5 before freezing. VLC and
Firefox lack xdg-dbus-proxy, only open kioslave5.

sudo apt-get install --reinstall xdg-dbus-proxy doesn't help.

Problem was also observed on a newly flashed KDE Neon install usb stick with
QBittorrent.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Install OBS via Discover
2. Open Settings > Output > Record Path
3. Manually choose path, window opens, then freezes.
4. Optionally try on fresh install stick.

OBSERVED RESULT
Freeze

EXPECTED RESULT
Select folder to save files in /home/user/videos
