In the step 3a, is the keybinding window you need to check the one in Konqueror
or something else? I'm asking because you didn't explicitly say to restart
Konqueror before checking that window.
I can't reproduce this bug on my system. Can you tell me which shortcuts you
tried to change? Maybe the bug only happens with some shortcuts.
