SUMMARY
You currently cannot select a primary monitor on Wayland. This means everything
like new windows and my dock/menu bar are placed on my (normally secondary)
monitor which is very awkward on my setup.
EXPECTED RESULT
Some "primary monitor" checkbox like on X11.
