STEPS TO REPRODUCE

1. launch ksysguard
$ ksysguard & # navigate to "System Load" tab

2. add more swap
# cd /tmp
# dd if=/dev/zero bs=1M count=1K of=more_swap
# chmod 600 more_swap
# mkswap  more_swap 
# swapon more_swap

3. observe

OBSERVED RESULT

after changing swap amount `Memory and Swap History` graph legend shows old
value while display on bottom updates to new one.

EXPECTED RESULT
it changing to new maximum
