A fresh Windows 10 with all updates is installed. I cannot reproduce the problem with the ARW file, nor with CR2 or CR3 RAW images. If I look at the trace from Comment 15 and the DebugView log from Comment 6 with the missing output of pass 2, it crashes within the LibRaw function for converting to RGB.
