STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. install usb-creator-kde package from muon
2. start startup-disk-creator from icon in applications
3. fails to start

OBSERVED RESULT Tries to start, but crashes immediately, konsole startup gives
error traceback but since fixed, I don't have the exact messages to give


EXPECTED RESULT error:

    import sipModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'sip'

startup disk creator fails to start
