Just upgraded from Fedora 34 to Fedora 35. Plasma 5.23.3 for Fedora 35
installed. Had to reboot to pick up new kernel. The first boot seem to restore
the applications to the proper virtual desktop. In subsequent logout/login the
old behaviour appeared. Deleted all the files in .config/session/ and after a
logout/login the correct behaviour appeared but a subsequent logout/login
showed the incorrect behaviour. Repeated several times with the same result.
I did absolutely nothing between the first and second logout/login sequences.
Since I made no other changes, either the session save process messes up the
files in .config/session or the restore process is unable to work with the new
files. I assume that whoever is working on this has some way to verify the
.config/session files.
