[kwin] [Bug 445844] When an application is moved to 2nd display (not the main display), and user want to expand it to full screen, the bar with close/expand-to-full-screen/minimize vanishes. At some point of time the user will want to close the application.

Sounds like KWin crashed and didn't re-launch itself automatically. Can you
attach a backtrace of the kwin_x11 crash? See
