Thanks, that helped figure out what's wrong.
The svn internal database of our checkout got corrupted and svn is apparently
unable to deal with that ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
This resulted in the checkout not updating for more than a month. I've now
added automatic recovery logic to our checkout management so this doesn't
happen again, hopefully.
