Please provide a package for qtvirtualkeyboard which is a new module in Qt 5.7
and make it a runtime dependency of kwin_wayland.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Use kwin_wayland
2. Try to open virtual keyboard
Actual Results:
It's not there because there is no qtvirtualkeyboard
Expected Results:
Virtual keyboard just working in kwin_wayland
