I also checked the other icon sizes and for those, the icons don't seem to be blurry (regardless of whether I chose larger or smaller icons). So it seems that this issue (for me) is restricted to the 22x22 icon size. Inside the save dialog of KWrite this issue doesn't occur though (even when setting to the same icon 22x22 icon size) - except that the pictures and Music icon appear just slightly unsharp.
