It only happens with multiple windows per grouped icon (app) when mouse hovering over it. STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. Open two windows/instances of e.g. Dolphin 2. Hover over stacked Dolphin icon on a task manager OBSERVED RESULT Tooltip appears with a junky and delayed animation, and there's a useless scrollbar on the right. EXPECTED RESULT No warning, no scrollbar, smooth animations.
