I finally I found a rather humoristic solution. 😅 That's why I'm sharing it here: I had an extra secondary stylus over my active area all that time and it was the reason of the brush outliner freezing. If you wonder how it is possible to not notice another stylus, I put a photo in attachement. After I removed the stylus, everything started working fine.
