SUMMARY
On starting plasma-discover it fails to run any of the installed backends (It
runs them If I enter the update section, but it still takes ~20s).
It works fine if I force it to use them:
> plasma-discover --backends packagekit kns fwupd
but since app centers are meant for people who aren't familiar with the
terminal, I think this is probably a bug.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open plasma-discover

Backends aren't loaded
