Help -> Switch Language is some old artifact in your
~/.local/share/kxmlgui5/krusader/krusaderui.rc, which is not refreshing due to
another bug, and this will be fixed in v2.8.0.
I think Krusader should respect locale, but buttons you mentioned could come
from the system-wide setting. What do you have in System Settings -> Regional
Settings -> Language?
