I think that we should register the transfer job notifications in the
notifications KCM, so that users can configure themselves what they want to be
notified about.
I'd keep notifications for completed transfers by default (non-permanent),
though.
As for the WiFi: Stefano does have a point: One can easily tell whether the
WiFi has been connected yet by a quick glance at the Plasmoid, so why notifying
about something which is expected to happen?
A notification should only be thrown if the connection fails.
