STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Right click on bluetooth button on system tray 
2.  Click add new device
3. it scans the hardware
4. It says it does not connect

OBSERVED RESULT
It does not connect

EXPECTED RESULT
it does not work via GUI. But, I use a terminal with bluetoothctl command. it
works with the popup to always trust this device.
