The reason : Windows bundle is compiled with MXE (MinGW based) and QtWebEngine do not cross-compile. Perhaps this problem will be solved later with Qt6. So, The QtWebKit component do not contents a QM translation file in opposite of QtWebEngine. This can have a side effect of Web Service tool in digiKam, but it certainly a minor issue.
