Is there any way to get a right click description that comes up when you are
searching through the filters and effects section(s) so that there's a better
idea as to what the name of the filter/effect actually does?
If yes, then could you include a clickable link to the documentation if further
information is required?
Reason: There are a whole bunch of filters and effects but one has to open up
the filter section any time one wants to know what filter/effect does what.
