It's unfortunate, but you will have to manually unset the canvas input setting
for the zoom tool if you want to assign canvas input keys to shortcuts. This is
not a regression: Krita 4 works exactly the same way.
We might at one point implement a system that checks for conflicts between
action shortcuts and canvas input settings, but not now.
