debug log

SUMMARY
Hello. I have a weird bug, which is not 100% reproducible, but happens pretty
often:
When latte-dock starts one of my panels doesn't hide it's background and no
matter I do(touch with windows, fullscreen windows, turn setting on\off) it
wouldn't work, until I completely restart dock. Then again I have like 70%
chance of non-transparent panel. For now it's happens only for my second screen
(DVI-D-0 in log).

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Start\autostart latte-dock
2. Get non-transparent panel with 70% chance

OBSERVED RESULT
Panel has background

EXPECTED RESULT
Panel turns off background when no windows present
