STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open vpn connection to a window10 host
2. press alt-tab (switch windows)
3. thats it, it is unusable because the keyboard mapping is completely mixed
up.
OBSERVED RESULT
keyboard maping broken completely

changes active window or does nothing

i read about somw workaraounds which didnt work for me and alt-tab is so
