Bug ID: 448339 Summary: If the two screens do not have the same resolution, the window will not be saved in the second screen location. Product: frameworks-kconfig Version: 5.90.0 Platform: Archlinux Packages OS: Linux Status: REPORTED Severity: normal Priority: NOR Component: general Assignee: matt...@mjdsystems.ca Reporter: lufanzh...@gmail.com CC: kdelibs-b...@kde.org Target Milestone: --- I recently added my second screen which has a different resolution and ratio to my main screen (21:9 and 16:9) and when I use them. I found that KDE Apps that close on the second screen still appear on the first screen the next time I open it, when I set the resolution of both screens to the same this problem disappeared. And third party apps all save their location and the screen they were on the last time they were closed correctly. STEPS TO REPRODUCE 0. There are two different resolution screens 1. Open konsole on first screen 2. Move konsole to second screen 3. Close konsole and open it again OBSERVED RESULT konsole opens on the first screen and displays EXPECTED RESULT konsole opens on the second screen and displays SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS Windows: macOS: Linux/KDE Plasma: (available in About System) KDE Plasma Version: KDE Frameworks Version: Qt Version: ADDITIONAL INFORMATION -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.
