I can advance however that the problem mentioned is in the KDE dialog (I currently work with 4 distinct systems: pure KDE neon, openSUSE Argon, Lubuntu and Windows 10. This problem described happens in neon. SUSE is one machine not in a network and lubuntu machines use GIO) > 2.
