Christian Collins <s_chriscoll...@hotmail.com> --- I was experiencing the no desktop on second monitor issue, and I can confirm that using the latest KDE Neon Dev Unstable (built today), the issue seems to be resolved in both of the cases I tested for: 1. No desktop (black screen) on second monitor when OS is booted with secondary monitor already plugged in. 2.
