Most tools aren't working with tablet (Wacom), mouse, or trackpad. Using
Windows 10. Pointer does not appear when navigated onto canvas. Anything
applied with a tool does not show up until window is minimized or until dialog
box opens.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open
2. Select tool
3. Attempt to use tool on canvas
Actual Results:
Nothing, until window is closed or minimized, then canvas is altered in the way
attempted.
