If I activate the effect, the coursor won't be highlighted until I move mouse.
Same problem with deactivation: highlighting won't be deactivated until I move
my mouse.
I expected the effect will start to work as soon as I press bounded shortcut.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Press bounded keys to activate the effect
2. Don't move mouse pointer
Actual Results:
Pointer is not highlighed
Expected Results:
Pointer should be highlighed instantly
