I have found that deleting the .config/session files sometime corrects the problem for one or several login/logouts or not at all. Dolphin also adds an entry "dolphin_dolphin_dolphin" in .config/session when a dolphin window is closed. It seems to be used when dolphin is restarted. The question still remains is why more people are not having this problem. According to the bug report this problem is assigned to "David Edmunson" .
