STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open System Settings
2. click on 'Appearance' in the sidebar
3. click on any of these KCMs:
Application Style
Colors
Cursors
OBSERVED RESULT
if the scroll bar is enabled in the KCM clicked in the step 3, the list of
installed themes scrolls down
EXPECTED RESULT
the list of installed themes should not be scrolled after the steps above
