I notice you are using Manjaro. To my knowledge, Manjaro is not shipping Plasma
5.24 yet, as they typically hold back packages by a few weeks. And it seems
like you're using 5.24.80, which would correspond to current git master, not
Plasma 5.24.
Have you added a special repo to get a different version of Plasma packages
compared to what's normally shipped by Manjaro? If so, then I am quite certain
that this is a Manjaro packaging issue, not a KDE issue.
