Bugs in themes would be DOWNSTREAM. However I think there is in fact a System
Tray bug here. Even if the theme has a color-ceheme-aware icon, the icon isn't
always changing automatically for me; sometimes I need th mouseover it, and
then it changes. That suggests that some signal somewhere in the system tray
that watches for color changes isn't being wired up properly.
Can you reproduce that? If not, then perhaps what I found while trying to
reproduce the issue is something different, in which case I will file another
bug for it. But if you can reproduce it too, then we should re-open this and
use it to track the issue.
