SUMMARY
The scrollbar in the left pane of the application launcher is slow to respond
to the cursor hovering over it. This gives a sense of sluggishness. Curiously,
it doesn't happen with the scrollbar in the right pane, or when moving the
cursor back from the right pane over the left pane's scrollbar.
