Artifact of corner

SUMMARY
The corners of docks and panels remain rounded even when radius is set to zero;
in spite of this, however, visual artifacts of the square corners remain as a
faint trace. This may be a negative interaction between Kvantum and Latte or
perhaps some element of the KDE appearance configuration. Furthermore, All
Corners is locked in the on position and cannot be disabled. Though potentially
sovereign I assume these bugs to be related given they all affect the same
thing.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Create ANY dock or panel
2. Set radius to zero in appearance
3. Observe the remaining roundedness, and the corner artifacts

OBSERVED RESULT
Panels and docks all have rounded corners no matter what.

EXPECTED RESULT
Panels and docks with radius zero should be entirely rectangular.
