STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Edit an image
2. Execute "Save as"
3. Change your mind and press Escape to cancel the filename dialog
OBSERVED RESULT
The jpeg compression dialog comes up.
EXPECTED RESULT
The dialog should not appear.
