SUMMARY
After plugging in laptop, battery applet reports that power supply is
insufficient to charge battery, that it will take 5 hours to charge, but the
reality is that power supply charged the battery from 40% to 100% in about 30
minutes.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. plug power supply into laptop

OBSERVED RESULT
battery widget claims power supply weak, it will take 5 hours to charge, when
it actually took 30 minutes
