azerty keyboards has on top of keybaord where qwerty kort 2 like a symbol of é
and some other
but it want to make a É but i cannot make a easy workout in my keyboard.
i have it in kde but i use mostly lxqt but want to use it with lxqt the kwin.
some keys do work some keys it makes a bigger variant as example é to É so you
push meta+é to switch to another window but kwin gives meta+É there are some
other keys but then it get more dificult to understand
got lately a french keyboard but i used before a belgian keyboard it has the
same issues.
i know its a bug of 11+ years old. but its i see related to kwin. since i use
lxqt.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. azerty keyboard
2. meta+é to switch windows

instead of meta+É goes to meta+é

kwin tend probably to change keyboard output on this when your input is é or ç
as example in meta+ to switch keys further in normal typing in text files etc
it do correctly.
