SUMMARY
Audio input only captures desktop audio and not plugged in microphone signal.
Pulseaudio detects that a microphone is plugged in but still uses the desktop
audio for the signal input.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Install Kubuntu
2. Plug in microphone
3. Open any and all multimedia programs (obs studio) to test audio input.
OBSERVED RESULT
Audio input signal is coming from desktop audio
EXPECTED RESULT
Expected audio input signal to be through the microphone signal

Kubuntu: Kernel version: 5.13.0-30-generic
KDE Plasma Version: 5.18.8
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.68.0
Qt Version: 5.12.8
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Kubuntu OS is a dual boot alongside windows 10. Audio works as expected in
windows.
