It would be great to be able to adjust the timeout (currently 30s) value in the
Settings. I found a guide online to edit the Qml file
"/usr/share/plasma/look-and-feel/org.kde.breeze.desktop/contents/logout/Logout.qml"
but that didn't work for me.
