SUMMARY
When Dolphin is already open, opening a folder from another application (like
opening the downloads folder from Firefox) will open the folder but will not
bring Dolphin to the foreground.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open Dolphin in any folder
2. Download any file in Firefox
3. Choose "Save file"
3. Click the download button in the top right corner
4. Click on the "Show in folder" button
OBSERVED RESULT
Dolphin will open the downloads folder but will not come to the foreground
EXPECTED RESULT
Dolphin opens the download folder and Dolphin will move to the foreground. This
is the case when you do the steps without having Dolphin open already

I suspect that me having Wayland enabled has something to do with it
