ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

So, noticed that if I have a window that the close button in the top right no
longer activates essentially with the entire area of the window title bar, now
it is just the little circle around the X, even in full screen mode. I vaguely
remember a previous bug about this where it was determined that essentially the
entire right corner should be able to active 'close', at least in full screen
windows?
