STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Create partition table with 2 partitions for a secondary goals disk on
Windows
2. Delete 1 of 2 partitions on the disk
3. Try to create ext4 partition on KDE Partition manager

OBSERVED RESULT
KDE Partition manager gets "invented" dev codes for partitions: sda2 and sda1
devices instead of real sda2 and sda3 and loses main operational functionality

EXPECTED RESULT
KDE Partition manager gets real enumeration for devices and partitions like
lsblk
