Solved. Missing content was located in ~/.local/share/Steam/steamapps/music and
"Index hidden files and folders" was disabled in Plasma's system settings.
Explicitly added the path mentioned above to Plasma's index settings under File
Search, switched Elisa back to "Use fast native indexer," and all expected song
files show up in Elisa's music library.
