Konsole after opening it.
SUMMARY
Opening Konsole seems to make it open in the smallest window size. I haven't
configured anything and no solutions online seem to help.
See attached image of how big it opens.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open Konsole
OBSERVED RESULT
Konsole very small, too small to use.

It opens at
