Yeah, the title has been retroactively updated to be more general. You can see in the second duplicate report (bug 414774) that it affects other bits of the interface too. One example you can try is to have a slideshow of pictures in fullscreen and get to the last image. You'll get prompted with some text and buttons using this UI style. I think there are two ways that this could be solved: Either the the custom components that Gwenview uses get updated so that they can adapt to themes, or they are replaced with other ones that already can. Neither is all that trivial since Gwenview is littered with them.
