SUMMARY
NetworkManager-openconnect ignores configured CSD wrapper script, at least for
Global Protect (gp) protocol
When I use openconnect from terminal and pass --csd-wrapper script, it works.
But the same script ignored by GUI

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. configure a NetworkManager VPN connection to use "Global Protect" protocol
and to use CSD wrapper script
2. initiate the configured VPN connection
3.

OBSERVED RESULT
openconnect is executed without the expected option:
  --csd-wrapper=/home/hipreport.sh

EXPECTED RESULT
openconnect should be executed with option:
   --csd-wrapper=/home/hipreport.sh
