SUMMARY
It is hard to point to a specific cause but some time after launching latte,
the blur that is painted behind the docks and panels will not resize or
reposition anymore, leaving a blurred region that covers other windows. Only
way to circumvent it is by restarting latte but the effect happens again after
some time of use
