The weather information often doesn't refresh after resume or at login so it
would be nice to have a refresh button instead of having to change the refresh
interval time to get it to update.
This likely belongs to another wish report, but I would propose adding a header
to the widget that displays the location and that adds configure and refresh
buttons.
